Developing effective, ethical and inspiring leadership
The aim of the training was to develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours necessary to exercise professional leadership capable of motivating teams, communicating clearly, making responsible decisions and contributing to collective performance. The programme also placed particular emphasis on emotional intelligence, setting a good example, managing tension and the continuous improvement of professional conduct.
A methodology focused on learning through experience
The teaching approach combined concise theoretical input, the sharing of professional experiences, case studies relevant to the participants’ contexts, self-assessment exercises, question-and-answer sessions and ongoing remote interaction. This structure enabled the concepts covered to be linked to the realities of the workplace and encouraged active participation throughout the programme.

The final assessment, supplemented by an evaluation of attendance and participation, measured the learning outcomes of the programme. The recorded pass rate stood at 84.6 per cent, confirming an overall satisfactory level of mastery of the skills covered by the end of this first cohort.
